The Accommodation:

Open plan living area with kitchen, twin bedroom, shower room, oil fired central heating. Electricity is included in the cost.

The apartment is part of the main building and is completely self contained with separate entrance.

The acommodation is ideal for a couple.

  
Living Room

The living area has a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed, table with chairs, storage cupboard, storage chest. The room has rounded walls and a double height conical ceiling. The floor is pine. There is a television/DVD player and radio/CD player. Television reception is erratic.


 

 

    
Kitchen
 The kitchen is compact and has a double ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, iron. All crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are supplied.
 
Bedroom

The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside chests and wardrobe. The floor is pine. All linen and towels are supplied.
 
bathroom
 The shower room has an electric shower, the floor is tiled.
 
The image below shows the plans of the house. The self catering is joined onto the family house but the two are separate units with separate entrances.
